Meez Meals has announced an amazing year-long partnership with Common Threads to deliver Meals for Good to Chicago-area residents in November (Sorry I’m late on the post). If you don’t remember Meez Meals, take a look back at some of the delicious meals I made this Summer with their great service.
Meals for Good will be sold on Meez’s website like all of their other meals, but they will be favorite recipes from Chicago chefs. We can look forward to recipes from Chef David Blonsky of Sienna Tavern, Chef Jeremy Tannehill of the Public House, Chef Heather Terhune of Sable Kitchen & Bar, Chef Rick Gresh of David Burke’s Primehouse, Chef Beverly Kim of Bonsoire and more.
Each purchase of a Meals for Good recipe will benefit Common Threads’ innovative after-school programs. The programs empower children and adults with nutrition knowledge and teaches them the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Chef Art Smith’s recipe is no longer available for the month of December (so sorry to announce), but Meez will be announcing the Chef and recipe for January in that month’s first week. The mystery chef’s recipe will then be available to order it for January 13, 20 and 21.
Meals are available in one, two, four and six-serving sizes, so get to ordering. The recipes average $8 to $12.50 per serving, and can be ordered at http://www.meezmeals.com. Meals ordered by Friday at noon are delivered on Mondays in two convenient delivery windows: the afternoon between 2 and 5 p.m. and the evening between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m.
Which one will you be ordering?
