When I think of Jazz I transport  to the 1920s. I imagine myself in a jazz hall with a flapper dress on while listening to Louis Armstrong. Being surrounded by smoke and drinking martinis while doing the Charleston. There’s just something about Jazz that is so dreamy. I’m so excited to say that The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra,  Grammy Award Winning Trumpeter Irvin Mayfield and Preservation Hall Jazz Band will be in Chicago on November 20th for two shows that day on and on the 21st.

If you want to celebrate jazz and  the journey that Louis Armstrong and other jazz kings made from New Orleans to Chicago, make sure you buy tickets to their two shows. They’re having a pre-concert musical event at Union Station on Wednesday, November 20th and a  concert on the 21st at the Chicago Theater.

To get a little taste of the magic you’ll experience, watch the videos below:

Will I see you there?
