We had our round two of Meez Meals days ago, and, yet again, it was delicious. It was late and Mike was getting home after a long day, so I thought I’d whip up their Coconut Basil Flatbread.
The only ingredients I needed to supply was olive oil, salt and pepper, and flour. It only took about 35 minutes to make, so everyone was happy in the end.
Here are the pictures from my 35 minutes cooking adventure (I really need to figure out how to cut down on the yellow…dang, awful wall color):
All-in-all I’d give the meal a 8/10. When I put the basil pesto sauce on the bread it was delicious. The basil was strong and very flavorful. I just wish that original taste would’ve lasted to the first bite of the finished “pizza.” The coconut was really interesting to have on a pizza, and I have to say it was a good different.
The seasonal squash and tomatoes were amazingly fresh, and we thought it was a great idea for main ingredients for a vegetarian “pizza.”
It was an all around taste bud success! Thanks again Meez Meals for another fantastic meal. Stay tuned for meal #3. In the meantime, don’t forget to place an order with them and mention DTG50 for 50 % off your first meal.
