Pins I’m Loving This Week: March 1-7

I think this cardboard lion head is pretty amazing. I was thinking Mike and I could make one for a photo booth prop for the wedding since he has a thing for lions. What do you guys think? What other animal could we make?

If I were having a baby (that won’t happen for years) I would decorate the nursery like this. I’ve learned that floral patternsĀ aren’t just for girls. I think this could totally be a gender neutral room. I’m also starting to obsess over dark walls.

I love this mixed media art piece. Check out our Pinterest board to see more art like this or click on the caption. If I had more time and an empty wall I would love to make something like this. That also gets me thinking about making this book headboard, but then doing a painting on it like this. What do you think?

Mike brought home this tasty plate of things his classmates made last week and brussels sprouts were on it (Read more about his experience here). The first time I ate brussels sprouts I wasn’t sold on them, but this second try had me thinking I need to eat them more. I saw this pin and got excited. Brussels sprouts with sweet potatoes and bacon. I can’t think of anything bad in that mixture. Tell me your favorite brussels sprout recipe!

Recently I’m loving more delicate jewelry pieces. I saw this Elsa Peretti Diamonds by the Yard necklace and fell in love. It’s simple and gorgeous. I think it would be a great chain to put my pearl on that Mike gave me. I’d probably get the silver version for $215 instead of $495.

Tell me what you think below!
